Mineral Resources  Higher Institute for Training  was honored by the visit of the Secretary General of the Regional Council, Dr. Al-Hanouf Al-Qahtani. She was received by Ms. Nawal Al-Mijlid and the Institute’s management.

During the visit, Dr. Al-Qahtani was briefed on the training programs offered by the institute in the field of mining, its core roles, and its mission to prepare a promising generation of highly skilled technicians ready to join various industries and industrial cities across the Kingdom.

Dr. Al-Qahtani praised the institute’s developmental steps in mining and training, reviewed the progress of operations, and was introduced to the institute’s vision and goals. She commended the efforts of the staff and the quality of the courses and programs provided to support the future of the region by equipping it with qualified national cadres.

The Executive Director of the Institute, Eng. Hamad Al-Shuailee, extended his gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, and the Governor of the Northern Borders Region — may God preserve them — for their efforts in advancing the mining sector through competitive and distinguished initiatives and massive investments. These efforts have contributed to building infrastructure, including the establishment of this vital institute for training, qualification, and employment.
