The trainee is required to attend all training hours
his policy applies to all training programs, regardless of their mode of delivery (remote – in-person – blended).
The trainee is responsible for the authenticity of the documents attached to absence excuse requests.
Absence excuses are submitted in accordance with the center’s approved policy.
This policy is effective as of the date of its publication, and the Center reserves the right to amend it at any time without prior notice.
Second: Attendance and Absence Policy for Development Programs
Being more than 30 minutes late to a training session will be counted as an absence from that session.
Leaving before the end of the training session and not returning will be counted as an absence from that session.
The trainee will not be awarded a certificate of completion for a training course in any of the following cases:
Failure to meet the required attendance rate, which is no less than 80% of the total hours of the training course, as indicated by the electronic attendance records.
Absence from the training course without an official excuse, in accordance with the policy for submitting excuses for missing training sessions.
Third: Policy for Submitting Excuses for Missing Training Sessions:
Excuses for missing a training session must be submitted on the same day as the course.
The Center will evaluate the attached documents and determine the number of days that are justified based on the submitted excuse.
The trainee’s excuse must fall within the approved list below:
The death of a first-degree relative, with a maximum of three days.
Accompanying (father, mother, spouse, son/daughter) admitted to the hospital, with a maximum of two days.
A chemotherapy appointment or a dialysis appointment.
Documented mental health conditions with a medical report, provided that the illness prevents attendance, with a maximum of five days.
Severe traffic accidents.
Compelling emergency excuses.
Medical excuses and sick leaves certified by the competent authorities.
